This is the beginning of something really special. Here is everything you need to know about what comes next and what to expect from here to your wedding day.
Thank you for trusting me with one of the most important days of your life. I do not take that lightly. From here on out, I am in your corner and I am going to take great care of you both.
This page gives you a clear picture of what happens next, what I will need from you, and what you can always expect from me. If you ever have a question that is not answered here, just reach out. My inbox is always open.
What happens next,
and when.
Your date is locked
Your contract is signed and your deposit is in. Your wedding date is officially reserved and I will not take another booking for that day. You can breathe easy.
Plan your engagement session
If your collection includes an engagement session, we can schedule it whenever works best for you. There is no rush. When you are ready, just reach out and we will find a date. The session is a great chance to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day.
Second installment
Your second payment of 30% is due four months before your wedding date. You will receive a reminder ahead of time. No surprises.
I will reach out
Two months before your wedding I will send you a check-in email. We will start talking through your timeline and I will begin collecting vendor information so I know exactly who I am working with on the day.
Final installment
Your remaining balance of 40% is due two weeks before your wedding date. Once that is in, you are fully paid and we are all set.
Questionnaires
About a month before the wedding I will send you detailed questionnaires covering your timeline, your family photo list, and your VIP and vendor details. The more I know going in, the smoother the day runs.
Final call together
We will get on a quick call about a week before the wedding to walk through every detail of the day. By the time we hang up, you will feel completely prepared and I will know exactly what I need to know to take care of you both.
I have got you
I arrive early, get a feel for the space, and stay with you from start to finish. I will guide you through every portrait so nothing feels stiff or awkward, and I will keep the day gently on track so you never feel rushed. Your only job is to be present and enjoy every moment.
Your gallery arrives
Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. It will be password protected, fully downloadable, and yours to keep and share forever. Every image is backed up in multiple locations the moment your wedding ends.

Your images are always safe
The moment your wedding ends, your images are saved to multiple backup locations. In over a decade of shooting weddings I have never lost a single photo. That record stays intact.
Honest timelines, no surprises
I will tell you exactly when to expect your gallery and I will deliver on that. If anything ever changes I will communicate it to you directly and immediately.
