Sterlingbrook Farm Events Wedding. Pittstown, NJ.
Michelle and Tony’s wedding at Sterlingbrook Farm Events in Pittstown, NJ, was the quintessential rustic celebration, infused with sunshine, love, and the charming backdrop of a working farm. The day was marked by perfect weather, setting a jubilant tone for the beautiful outdoor festivities.
The day began with an emotionally charged first look by the iconic silo on the farm, capturing the couple’s anticipation and joy. This moment led seamlessly into a photo session across the farm grounds, where every corner offered a snapshot of rural beauty—from the weathered fences to the lush fields, each setting adding depth and character to their wedding photos.
The ceremony took place near the paddock, providing a unique and intimate setting that resonated with the couple’s love for the outdoors and rustic charm. The natural beauty of the location, enhanced by the casual elegance of the setup, made for a heartfelt exchange of vows.
After the ceremony, the golden hour offered a perfect opportunity for stunning sunset photos, including a memorable shot with one of the farm’s horses. This not only added a touch of whimsical charm but also highlighted the couple’s adventurous spirit and love for animals.
The barn, beautifully decorated for the reception, retained its authentic rustic feel while also providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for the evening’s celebrations. The speeches delivered during the reception were profoundly touching, reflecting the deep connections and shared histories among family and friends. These heartfelt narratives set the stage for a night of enthusiastic dancing, with the barn’s packed dance floor echoing with laughter and lively music.
Michelle and Tony’s wedding at Sterlingbrook Farm was not just a celebration of their union but a perfect fusion of pastoral elegance and personal joy. It was a day where the setting sun lit up not just the sky but also the faces of everyone in attendance, filled with happiness for the couple’s new beginning.

What drew you to the venue and what was your favorite detail?
We loved the rustic feel of the barn and the beautiful property. Plus, it’s a working horse farm which was such a fun touch to us.
What was your favorite moment from your wedding?
It’s so hard to choose – we’d do the whole day again if we could. As the bride I mostly loved seeing everyone come together for us and getting to have the most fun with all our loved ones.
What was the most special thing you experienced at your wedding?
The marriage itself – we feel like we waited so long for this and hearing our vows to each other was the most sentimental thing to me. Outside of that, our parent dances and our last dance together were so special and I loved getting to recap our night.
What was the best piece of advice you got before your wedding?
Something will go wrong, but nothing will stop you from still having an amazing wedding.
How would you describe your wedding day?
Beautiful. Perfect weather, perfect setting. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
What guest had the most fun at your wedding?
Tough question! Outside of us, my bets would be on the grooms father maybe?
What was the biggest reason you chose Tom Harmon Photography to capture your big day?
Tom’s work is absolutely beautiful and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work! He’s professional and any worries we might have had he addressed up front and made sure everything went smoothly.
