Turning Stone Wedding. Verona, NY.

The day finally arrived for Brittany and Bobby to tie the knot at their Turning Stone wedding. Before we traveled out to Verona, we started the day in Syracuse where Brittany got ready in an amazing airbnb downtown. After she got her dress on, it was time to head over to the church, where Bobby could barely keep his emotions in when he got to see Brittany walking down the aisle. The ceremony was very touching and it was great to see the many family and friends come out to celebrate the happy couple. We then traveled out to Verona where we captured some awesome portraits before heading over to the Shenandoah Clubhouse for the cocktail hour and some epic sunset photos. Once the reception started, the intros took place and Brittany and Bobby went right into their awesome first dance. A few incredible speeches followed and then it was time to eat, drink, and dance. The evening was a great cap to the perfect day. Congratulations Brittany and Bobby and enjoy the photos!

What drew you to the venue and what was your favorite detail?

We always wanted to get married in a church, and Our Lady of Pompei was such a beautiful church with ties to our family. For the reception, we loved the outdoor cocktail hour space and surrounding areas of the venue

What was your favorite moment from your wedding?

The very last song of the night, the saxophone player in the band came into the dance floor, and we had one last dance with our friends and family, and together as a couple. The pure joy, excitement and love in that moment was unforgettable.

What was the most special thing you experienced at your wedding?

When the night had ended, we had the chance to leave the venue just the two of us and walk to the casino together and reminisce on the entire day. It was a bittersweet moment we won’t forget.

What was the best piece of advice you got before your wedding?

To take it all in that day, every single moment. Because it goes by so fast. And it’s so true.

How would you describe your wedding day?

It was the most perfect, magical, full of love, best day of our lives. We were surrounded by so much love, and truly had such an amazing day.

What was the biggest reason you chose Tom Harmon Photography to capture your big day?

After doing lots of research, we really loved his style of photography and the moments he captured. Working with Tom was such an amazing experience, he was fun, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed on our day, and was very organized!!
