Tierney and Evan’s Maritime Parc Wedding.
Maritime Parc Wedding. Jersey City, NJ.
One of my favorite parts of New Jersey is Jersey City and the views of Manhattan that come with it. So it’s always a pleasure when I get to shoot a wedding in the area and utilize the tremendous view as a backdrop. I started my day with Tierney at a nearby hotel while she and the bridesmaids got all done up. My second photographer John joined Evan and the fellas at his apartment to capture Evan preparing for the big day. Before long, Tierney was in her gorgeous dress (what a train!) and Evan was in his suit and we were on our way to Liberty State Park for their Maritime Parc wedding.
They held their first look on the docks and then we walked down to the water to get some epic portraits. The bridal party joined us for some group shots before it was time to tie the knot at Maritime. The ceremony was beautifully decorated and it was the perfect setting for Tierney and Evan to show off their love. The glass was broken, the kiss was made, and the two were officially married. Just then, the clouds parted and we got an amazing sunset for even more amazing portraits. It was a sign from the wedding gods. But we couldn’t take pretty photos all night. Tierney and Evan were itching to party with their friends and family, and party they did. Everyone had a great time and the party was off the hook. A great cap to the evening. Congratulations Tierney and Evan and enjoy the photos and video!
