Cork Factory Hotel Wedding. Lancaster, PA.

Emily and Joe’s wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster, PA, was a celebration marked by emotional depth and the warm ambiance of this unique venue. Having previously photographed Emily’s sister’s wedding, I felt a special connection to the family, adding an extra layer of significance to capturing their day.

Despite the overcast skies, the weather remained dry, allowing us to explore the charming grounds of the Cork Factory Hotel. The rustic brick backgrounds provided a rich, textured setting for photographs, highlighting the couple’s joyful moments and the architectural beauty of the venue.

The ceremony itself was intimate and charged with emotion. Set against the industrial-chic backdrop of the hotel, Emily and Joe exchanged vows in a touching service that resonated deeply with all who attended. The authenticity and heartfelt nature of their commitment were palpable, making it a profoundly moving experience for everyone involved.

Following the ceremony, the reception was filled with heartfelt speeches that stirred the emotions of all present. The father of the bride, the maid of honor, and the best man each delivered poignant messages that painted a vivid picture of Emily and Joe’s journey together, their individual virtues, and the strong bonds they share with their loved ones.

As the evening progressed, the couple’s energy was infectious, with Emily and Joe leading the way on the dance floor. Their enthusiasm for celebration swept through the venue, drawing guests of all ages to join in the dancing, which continued with vigor throughout the night.

Emily and Joe’s wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel was not just a union of two people but a vibrant celebration of love, family, and friendship. It was a day filled with meaningful connections, beautifully captured against the backdrop of one of Lancaster’s most picturesque venues.

What drew you to the venue and what was your favorite detail?
The venue had everything we wanted to celebrate all weekend! The Cork Factory Hotel is so beautiful and rustic. We absolutely love the exposed brick!
What was your favorite moment from your wedding?
Our final song was ‘Time of My Life’ and Joseph lifted me like they do in Dirty Dancing and everyone went crazy! It was such an awesome moment!
What was the most special thing you experienced at your wedding?
The most special moment that we experienced was saying our wedding vows. It can be so difficult to put into words how much you love someone, but we spoke from our hearts and it was a moment we will never forget.
What was the best piece of advice you got before your wedding?
The best piece of advice was to slow down and take it all in as much as we can. We definitely did our best to do this and enjoy every second!
How would you describe your wedding day?
Perfect! It truly was everything and more that we could have imagined. Everyone has not stopped talking about how it was the best wedding and we couldn’t agree more!
What guest had the most fun at your wedding?
No one left the dance floor, so it is hard to say!
What was the biggest reason you chose Tom Harmon Photography to capture your big day?
Tom captured my sister’s wedding back in 2022 and the photos were nothing short but incredible. We had no doubt in our mind that he would photograph our wedding day capturing our special moments in the most breathtaking ways!
