Pavilion on Crystal Lake Wedding. Middletown, CT.
For once this October, the weather was absolutely beautiful all day. The sun was shining, the temperature was fantastic, and the venue couldn’t have looked better. Paige and Jay’s Pavilion on Crystal Lake wedding was one of the best of the season. Paige started out getting ready with her mom and sister at a nearby hotel, where the beautiful lobby made for some fantastic bridal portraits of Paige. She was then whisked away to the venue where she waited for Jay to arrive and the ceremony to start. As the ceremony was held, the sun was setting over the lake and creating some amazing imagery. Paige and Jay made it official and before we knew it, family photos and portraits were over and the party was about to begin. Guests all crowded around the dance floor to watch Paige and Jay’s choreographed first dance, complete with lifts and dips. The food was incredible and you could by the dance floor that everyone had an amazing time. It was great to see Paige and Jay’s family and friends celebrate their love. Congratulations Paige and Jay and enjoy the photos!

What drew you to the venue and what was your favorite detail?
We loved that it had rustic feel to it and that it was on a lake and in the woods

The staff going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of
What was the best piece of advice you got before your wedding?
To take 10 minutes away from everyone and be alone
How would you describe your wedding day?
Perfect, everything we hoped for wish we could do it all over again
What guest had the most fun at your wedding?
It’s hard to pick everyone was having so much fun, but I would have to say all of our high school friends
What was the biggest reason you chose Tom Harmon Photography to capture your big day?
He did my sister’s wedding and the photos came out amazing, I knew that he would be the perfect choice for our special day
